📷ELECTRIFYING NIGHTS: DEFENCES + MAGNOLIA PARK @ THE GARAGE | LONDON

Updated: Nov 4

Defences and Magnolia Park put on an incredible show at The Garage in London. It was a night full of energy and great music, with both bands bringing something special to the stage.

Defences kicked things off with a bang, diving straight into The Curse. The synth intro set a haunting vibe, and when the vocals kicked in, they had that perfect mix of smooth, clean melodies and deep growls. Tracks like Gold in the Dark and Perish got the crowd moving, with intense breakdowns and some seriously heavy basslines. The way they blend melodic moments with full-throttle metal is something that really stands out about them, and it definitely came through live.

Magnolia Park followed with their own high-energy set that was a bit of a wild ride. Mixing pop-punk, nu-metal, and even some rap influences, they had the crowd engaged from the start. As the set went on, they got heavier, adding some electronic touches and a rap breakdown that had the crowd hyped. By the end, the first mosh pit of the night opened up, and it was clear Magnolia Park’s energy was contagious.

It was a great night of music, with Defences bringing that atmospheric alt-metal sound and Magnolia Park bringing a fresh, genre-blending twist. Both bands had the crowd fully immersed in their own worlds, and it made for a fantastic show.
